Good value with annual plan

I was looking for an ad automation tool that wouldn't break the bank. I signed up for the 14-day free trial first to kick the tires. The annual billing discount made the decision easier. It felt like a solid investment for the features I got, especially compared to some competitors.

Consistent performance for campaigns

I've been using Revealbot for a while now, primarily for Google Ads Automation and later adding Snapchat. This recent experience was consistent with previous orders. The auto-scaling rules continue to perform reliably. I appreciate the predictability; it just works without needing constant oversight. That's why I keep coming back – it saves me time, and the results are always there.

Smooth setup, good support

I set up Meta Ads Automation and Google Ads Automation. The onboarding process was straightforward, and linking my ad accounts went smoothly. I had a quick question about setting up a custom metric, and support got back to me within a few hours with a clear explanation. Delivery of the service itself is instant, obviously, being software. The rule-based workflows are robust, and I found the Ad Set Duplication feature particularly useful for scaling. It's stable, no real glitches so far.

Pretty easy to use

So I needed something to help with all my ad campaigns, and a friend told me about Revealbot. I tried the free trial, which was cool. Setting up some of the rules for Meta Ads took a minute to get my head around, but once I did, it just clicked. It handles my budgeting stuff for me, which is a huge load off. Felt pretty good about it.

Is that Bïrch AI assistant thing actually useful? Or is it just marketing fluff? Considering the platform mainly for the automation rules.

E Elizabeth 2 weeks ago
It's not just fluff. Bïrch helps a lot with creative insights and identifying trends I'd miss. It's a nice layer on top of the automation, kinda gives you more 'why' behind the numbers.

I mostly use the rule-based stuff too, but Bïrch has surprised me a few times with solid suggestions. Not a game changer on its own, but a good addition.

Thinking of switching over from Madgicx. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me if Revealbot is actually better for my money? Especially for Google ads.

S Sean P. 2 weeks ago
I used Madgicx for a while then jumped to Revealbot. Honestly, for Google, I found Revealbot's rule-based stuff way more intuitive. Madgicx felt clunkier for setting up those custom automations.

Yeah, I hear ya. Revealbot has been great for scaling my Meta stuff, but my Google campaigns are still kinda manual. I think they've improved their Google integrations a lot recently though, worth a look.

Hey, wondering if Revealbot does any discounts for agencies? Looking to onboard a bunch of client accounts and want to see if there's a better deal than just the standard annual savings.

S Susan Lewis 4 weeks ago
Pretty sure they do. I saw something about agency dashboards and custom pricing on their site. Worth reaching out to sales, probably.

Yeah, they definitely have agency-specific pricing. I got a decent chunk off by talking to their team. It's not just a flat percentage, they work with you depending on your number of accounts/spend.

What's the deal with the free trial? Is it a full-featured trial or super limited? Don't want to sign up if I can't actually test out the advanced rules.

S Steven P. 1 month ago
14 days, fully functional as far as I could tell. I ran some actual campaigns through it without any issues during my trial.

It's a full trial, yeah. You get to play with everything. Enough time to see if it fits your workflow before committing to a paid plan. Definitely try setting up some complex rules.
